I don't think there will be a try in a game the next month that doesn't go upstairs
Something tells me you wouldn't be saying that if it was a deciding try in the Grand Final.
Still means **** all. The two games we threw away earlier this season came back to bite us.
If they get the right decision then I'm OK with it, even if it makes the game longer.
I'd like them to bring the captains challenge into the NRL like they've had in NYC for the last few years. Gal could have used it on the Horo intercept for example. Could have been used for the Holmes try against the Dragons but still
Gallen would use up all his challenges before kickoff
I'll tell you what I will blow up about if it decides a grand final: A ****ing golden point field goal.
That's a bad situation waiting to happen.
Thank you! This is the point everyone misses. If you give the video refs 100% power on scoring plays, they're already reviewing while you're cheering. They can start reviewing on sides while the guy is sprinting to the try line. The technology is there. It will speed things up.!00%, this is what they do in the NFL, just a quick check. Works well.
You only review back to the last play the ball. No ones suggesting the video ref reviews back any further.yeh i would hate to score a try only to have it taken off of us for a knock on at dummy half 3 tackles earlier

And what happens if it's one of those ones where they take a few minutes to decide. In theory you could have someone lining up for the conversion, only to be stopped because the try has been disallowed. No thanks, that would be ****ed.
