I beg to differ.

Laurie Daley is one of the worst commentators ever if you ask me. He tells you what the players were thinking and thinks he is gods gift to rugby league analysis. Total douche.
all assumptions i tell youLaurie Daley is one of the worst commentators ever if you ask me. He tells you what the players were thinking and thinks he is gods gift to rugby league analysis. Total douche.
Brandy isnt too bad. Matty Johns has turned arogant - he used to be great when at Channel 9 but now he thinks the world is against him and just carrys on like a spoilt little rich kid. Warren Smith can't pronounce the "Titans" (listen to him next time - "Tidans" everytime...)....and I cannot stand listening to Andy Ramond. Belcher goes alright.
I can't say I like or love any particular commentators but I guess the classic rugby league lover in me will always love Rabs, Sterlo and Fatty (could also be my "12th Man" upbringing). Don't mind Phil Gould (yes, this coming from a Queenslander) but only when he's not having a hissy with Rabs.
My favourite commentators are actually the ones on ABC Grandstand.
i love ray on the radio, and yes i know that there had been talk of his annoyance.
i tried to put that out of my mind today, i really did. but i just couldn't get into the game the same way i do when rabs or warren smith are calling it.
i dont know what it is. i cant pin-point it. i think it was blatantly obvious in the first 5 minutes of the game that he was holding back, sometimes a whole play went by in front of me without a word spoken. sure enough, hadley's voice and personality returned to normality as the game progressed.
what on earth is it, can someone enlighten me as to why this renowned caller is somehow now making the footy a chore to watch?
Steve Kneen doesn't live in reality mate. It's very telling that he doesn't even know the price of basic food items.
