Hughes is mostly in the mold of a traditional 7, he's just developed a gun running game too. When you get that well rounded people need a ladder to reach you. It doesn't hurt that he's part of such a run-and-gun gameplan, but he still needs to be the guy who keeps his head amongst it all.
Nicho is different in that I think he's a 6 or 1 trying to develop traditional 7 traits, such as game management. With everything else he has in his kit bag he'll be one of the best if he can pull that off.
Hughes has a lot more experience and has had the time and support to develop to where he is. I honestly don't know where the ceiling is for either of them, but it's pretty high.
