Roll the dice .
Can spell him during the game and doing it tough at 5/8.
Bring back on the last 15 at lock .
( or whatever position he was playing against Manly )

Superb game at five-eighth. Hannay finally opens his ****ing eyes and gives him a chance and he delivers. Keep him there for the season.

I wanted him there, but if Moylan is back he needs to start.

Metcalf 14 and Tracey on the wing I think.

Fantastic game from him though.

Bloke played bloody well. Be interesting to see how he develops under Fitz and Price.

Why does Moylan need to start? Theres no reason why he should, especially since there’s still question marks about him playing 80. Metcalf deserves to play there again.

Hannays an idiot for persisting with Tracey for so long while he had Metcalf just waiting in the wings

Personally I think he has been great there this year. I think he creates space well for his outside men by going deep into the line. I also think I'd rather the pressure be on his shoulders if it comes down to the wire next week or against Melbourne.

On top of this I think Metcalf offers more coming on fresh against a tired defence. If Metcalf is 14, he can sub moylan if he can't go the distance.

I'm a big Metcalf fan, just my opinion that this is the smarter play.

Shown in the trials that he has all the attributes. Could be a very good player for us - hope we find a way to keep involved.

A spine of Metcalf Trindall Brailey and Kennedy has so much potential ... especially with the upgraded forward pack and good coaching - but then I remeber we have Hynes which basically means we lose one of those players for good realistically.

Won’t be Brailey or Kennedy they don’t play in the halves.

Good problem to have. Hynes is a gun, just need to make the right choice out of the other two.

Trindall is a 7
Kennedy is a 1
Hynes is a 1,3,4 or 6
Metcalf is a 6

Let’s hope he’s as much of a gun in the halves as he is at fullback otherwise it could get sticky
