It is Payten's second year but Fitzy's first. He has done great considering how much adversity he had to overcome. My vote goes to Fitzy.

We leaked points everywhere. They aren’t the reason we lost.more experienced players are to blame for sure. We had no leader out there tonight. That’s unforgivable

Made some weird player selections and some amateurish bench rotation decisions. BUT he has shown he can do this, and if this is what he can bring in his first ever season as a head coach, then we are in for a ripper future.
