Lodge and Vaughan would be an upgrade on Tolman and Fifita thouPass
I will beLodge one of the form props in the comp.
Best mates with Fifita.
Very shark like of late to keep everything as tight as a dolphin ass.
Won’t be surprised if it’s us.
Agree 100% with this sentiment. Although in defence he's a bit lose round the Ruck at times .As a prop I like him and want him at the sharks

You're right, the camping is worse. They went to a remote location with a high indigenous population who statistically have lower health outcomes. At the early stages of the pandemic, while vacinations were low/non existant, and they were with 12 people. Again, i'm no advocate for vaughan, I think he is an idiot too. But he wouldn't have copped the same treatment or smear campaign if he was a star player.Latrell and JAC have been smart enough to keep their heads down. Though I don't really need either in our team.
You just can't compare a remote camping trip to a 13 player spreader event... that everyone lied about and tried to cover up. That Vaughan organised.
And even if it's a media beat up (which it always is to some degree), it wouldn't take much for Vaughan to draw a lot more of the wrong kind of attention, and he's shown he's not smart enough to avoid it. As a club I'm not putting myself in that firing line
1000%. But the hate wins out for me. He is a fantastic footballer but one of the worst humans to play the game. What he did was unforgivable and I couldn't support him.As a prop I like him and want him at the sharks

Yep, keep that psycho thug as far away as possible.1000%. But the hate wins out for me. He is a fantastic footballer but one of the worst humans to play the game. What he did was unforgivable and I couldn't support him.
That's just morally reprehensible mate, why does the NRL care? You're right, the camping is worse. Meanwhile Canberra has won the battle for highly touted Sharks Harold Matthews captain Chevy Stewart. The Sharks and Bulldogs wanted to sign him; the Raiders view him as the club’s long-term fullback.

NRL let him serve his suspension while not contracted and let him sign with new club, they aren't stopping him doing anything.Did bad stuff that made the game and it's management look bad directly - exiled for life where possible.
Bummer. Can’t keep ‘em all though. Not sure if this has been mentioned. From the Greenhouse and apparently DT: https://thegh.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35141
Plenty of talk about him going to the Dolphins, but unless he plans on a 6 month holiday with no pay, makes sense he's signing with someone for the rest of this year plus.Matt Lodge granted immediate release from Warriors
Haha I think we have come round to the same side of the argument. The perception is all to do with reporting from the media. They left the darlings alone mostly so it was swept under the rug, they have hung, drawn and quartered vaughan so no one wants to touch him. That's just morally reprehensible mate, why does the NRL care?
There's a pretty blatant scale of wrong in the NRL's eyes that goes like:
Did bad stuff but it wasn't really perceived as related to the great game - slap on the wrist, a few tsk's and a please don't do it again.
Did bad stuff that made the game and it's management look bad directly - exiled for life where possible.
Still not sure how I feel about 16 years olds being allowed to sign bumper contracts - can't imagine too many other sports allow it to happen?Bummer. Can’t keep ‘em all though.
Agreed but feels like a few are slipping through the net at the moment, at least rumoured to be. Metcalf, Dykes, Pele, Chevy, etc.Bummer. Can’t keep ‘em all though.
