Manly are already very top heavy cap wise, no depth. Not a great signing imo.

Yep & that's compounded when their back up FB Elliott has played as many games as Turbo in the last 2 seasons.

Turbo
DCE
AFB
Marty
Jurbo

Need all of them on deck all year if its almost half your cap.

Monster ****ing pack other than I believe it is Thompson confirmed leaving already

AFB
Taupau
TPJ
Sironen
Jurbo

Maybe AFB, Taupau and TPJ can all just rotate, surely max two available per week due to dumb ****

Their 2 current slugs on the bench, just WAY to big and slow, both 194/196cm, and immobile, Dessie must be mad.

Paseka & Olakau'atu?

I haven't seen much but Ola doesn't look too bad. Raw, but he's 21. Didn't think he looked immobile though.

Wouldnt it be juicy if Fifi took one for the team, retired and convinced Pangai to come here. Pangai at 13. Those 10 matches a year would be dynamite with our go forward.

Warriors set to announce Kane Evans signing

Seems like him and Aitken are sealed.
Elliot has a new baby so has turned them down wanting to stay in Sydney, unsure what playing situation will be for Warriors next season.

At the moment their new pack is looking decent, especially if they did get JDB and could shift Tevaga to 14
Ben Murdoch-Masila and Kane Evans with all their big boys and the younger ones that have come through this year, Katoa and Taunoa-Brown.

And Aitken should help keep the big wingers on the wings where they belong.
Halves are super questionable though Nikorima & CHT (& Keighran if they let him play again)

Warriors still have Leeson Ah Mauh, Agnatius Paasi, Bunty Afoa.

That’s a lot of depth in the front row. They’re also trying to keep Hetherington.

Way to much tied up in the forward pack imo. They need centres and a half.

Papali'i too who is 21 and played 56 games he often plays lock for them and with Jazz already in the team I'd think 13 is less of a concern than other spots, like you've mentioned.
Perhaps they've decided they are sticking with CHT and Nikorima so they are building so much go forward that these guys will (they hope) have it pretty easy.

Have read a few Warriors fans who believe that despite his flashy highlights CHT is actually best as a controlling/dominant half so the pairing could end up being decent.

Panthers I assume let Tamou go and keep Hetherington

Elliot confirmed staying at Dogs

No wonder he turned down NZ
All the interested (and backlash) must have inspired Dogs to make up for their lowball original offer

More rumours

Warriors want TPJ (because they are shopping for forwards and he is an available forward so a natural link)
Dragons want Bird - apparently they and Dogs had shown interest if Broncos cover enough wage and Dog have now held Elliot

Coaching cleanout happening at Canterbury including current interim Steve Georgalis.

Any of you interested in seeing him as an assistant if we can afford it?
