Tell them not to get it on their old fella, Jesus that hurts!A few of my patients have enquired about fisiocream and i just tell them that if they are going to out anything on just use good old fashioned deep heat.
Hahaha yepTell them not to get it on their old fella, Jesus that hurts!
I liked Fisiocrem because it looked like it has natural ingredients. I will look into deep heat and see what it has and see how it feels. As a physiotherapist im not a big believer in topical creams and gels.

Pharmaceutical companies are making ridiculous $$ out of things like 'painaway' or 'fisiocream' - but its the actual act of rubbing the creams in which provides the benefits, as not only does it generate heat through friction but also facilitates the release of oxytocin (the love/cuddle) hormone which helps provide feelings of relief/comfort.
Remembered a scene from the movie "Revenge of the Nerds"Tell them not to get it on their old fella, Jesus that hurts!
Keep an eye out for little heat patches called salonpas in green and white box. They were a godsend for a few injuries I’ve had… the menthol/heat feeling masked the pain great hahaI liked Fisiocrem because it looked like it has natural ingredients. I agree that it is the rubbing action that provides the most relief (and the small hard ball).
Had a bloke duck in for a piss just before kick off, came out, he kicked off and then subbed himself straight off back to change rooms.Tell them not to get it on their old fella, Jesus that hurts!

Had a mate with a ****ed shoulder. Ended up with a ****ed spine from it.I’m 32. Haven’t played footy since my first year of grade because of it. Popped out more times than I can remember, it’s about as loose as it gets
From sleeping in bed, yawning, sneezing, putting a six pack in the car. Never really phased me, but have noticed a lot of posture and back issues from years of compensating for it so been thinking more long term about having such a **** shoulder

Done plenty of X-rays/Ultraounds, but nothing shows up. Went to get an MRI, but scoffed at the $500 they wanted to charge me just to stab me with a big needle and stick me in a tiny enclosed space (both big favourites of mine)Have you tried to get in sorted out?
Makes sense. I feel like my back and my trap cop most of the damage trying to compensate.Had a mate with a ****ed shoulder. Ended up with a ****ed spine from it.
Similar issue for me for problem with left elbow/wrist.Done plenty of X-rays/Ultraounds, but nothing shows up. Went to get an MRI, but scoffed at the $500 they wanted to charge me just to stab me with a big needle and stick me in a tiny enclosed space (both big favourites of mine)
