I don't want to hang **** on Trindall, it was a tough situation to be in. Terrible forwards, inexperienced halves pairing, only getting to play against 12 men for 25'ish minutes...
He's young, but there's some fundamental issues he needs to address. Maybe he can. But Tracey had to take over in that second half, and he shouldn't have to. Trindall's confidence looked utterly beaten out of him, and you don't want to see that in a player regardless of how they're playing. The pressure looked too much and he just stopped competing. I don't think he ran the ball in the second half. Tracey was so-so, but still plugging away, which is what we were all praising Trindall for the week before.

If he can’t run because his knee is ducked but still wants his huge pay the least he can do is hold the ball

Think he was talking about the one on Katoa be honest on replay thought it come off katoa then overside line afte red a pass backwards (unpopular opinion I know)

That game the Ref was atrocious and we went down to 11 men
I wasn't disappointed with the effort that game
At least played fired up
Today we brought ZERO passion , determination or application of footy smarts in a must win game to try make the semi finals
VERY disappointing effort ( if you can even call it effort )
I stand by my comment as to what we dished up today lacked ALL of the above requirements .

Bottom line
Our forwards are too small and don't offload.
We allow the opposition to offload foar too much
Defence is crap
Our backs are too slow
Our halves are crap
We don't have a game breaker
We have been carved all year from the opposition fullback's.
Walsh, Turbo, Savage, Ponga. We just dont have it.
