I'd like to see a more modern design and keep the hoops for the away/heritage jersey. Or atleast a spiced up version of the hoop.

Blue (not that aqua crap like in your profile pic), black & white hoops is our jersey. Our identity. Our brand. It needs to be generational & never confused. Plenty of opportunity to fartarse around with "modern" designs in all the tribute rounds.

Agreed, change is good

Our jerseys have gotten worse, we have the best colours in the whole comp and we use to have the best designs.. now not so much

I would like to see last year's heritage jersey used, but instead of the teal blue, use the actual sky blue.

Aqua is blue. In case there's any confusion.

Like it or not, those colours are now just as much of our history as the sky blue. We wore the aqua in the late 90s and it was probably one of our best runs as a team.

I'm not even saying punt the sky blue. I'm just calling for a more modern design.

Examples of a 'modern design'? Just not sure what I should be picturing here

I've always kind of liked the idea of putting some prestige on the Hoop

Wear it during finals and derbies.

This pipedream would see us hopefully winning in the finals though..

Also please no shoulder hoops, sell a 3/4 sleeve design to the public with hoops at the elbows or just get rid of them.

I actually think my issue with shoulder hoops is pretty minimal once they are actually being worn. Always looks dumb on just a pic of the jersey but I think when in action it's just not something noticeable - of course, not being noticeable is hardly an argument it needs to be kept either

Blue/White or Blue/Black. No hoops.

Something along the lines of what storm and cowboys are currently running, but obviously blue, black and white. I prefer the cut across the chest, rather than across the stomach like the hoops. Personally, I just think it looks better.

We've had some great commerative designs over recent years. But the current black jersey has go to go because it is atrocious. Honestly it looks like a training jersey.

I like the aqua… much more “shark” like… think the San Jose Sharks have a similar colour but there one is more green

The blue in our jersey is random because it’s not even the blue in our current logo it’s like this faded out Lowes blue

Don’t know how but we have somehow made the best colours and one of the best logos/animals into the most uninspiring jersey designs possible recently

Even Grey would be a sick change to throw in there every now and then

Just need the socks to bloody change. Absolute garbage, the blue on the socks do not match our jersey at all.

Hopefully we stick with the hoops forever from now on, last time we diverted was the horrible Xblades 'voop' jersey.

There will always be variations of the hoops, I can see us getting the black panels back at some stage

Agreed with everything until you mentioned grey. Instant flashback to Brett Kimmorley in that grey abomination jersey.

But everything else is spot on. We actually now have one of the older logos and it still looks better than most in the comp. It was well ahead of everything else when it was initially used.

There's something to be said for look good, feel food.

This is my point exactly, they're both a part of our history.

They're our colours. If we don't use them, someone else will.

Cowboys do modern jerseys well so do the Warriors, Broncos do good twists of their old styles there is heaps of examples of it being done right

100 percent.

The logic behind keeping the traditional jersey is sound. But also, we aren't a foundation club like Souths, dragons or roosters. Which I think allows the club more freedom when it comes to jersey designs.

If the goal is to a have a jersey that is as inconic or as recognisabls as dragons or Souths, as Gus would say.. you'll be just inviting disappointment in to your life.

Having fresh designs doesn't erase the hoops as our traditional jersey.

This jersey is mint. And we've worn it once or twice, then it will never get worn again.
