No Gibbs? Ran for 170 metres on Sunday. Think he more than deserves his spot.

After 26 rounds? Why change it now?
It is a risk but it is finals time. If Morris plays more minutes, we can carry an extra player on the bench because Peachey can serve two roles (as little as possible at hooker - get all we can from J-Mo). I was a DeGois fan at one time but the guy looks to be in serious decline.

After Peacheys game last week, incl his good defence, i'm beginning to warm to this also(for cowboys game), but most successfull coaches seem to subscribe to the idea that you stick with the predominant team that got you there.

The Sharks welcome back skipper Paul Gallen, five eighth Todd Carney and back rowers Wade Graham, Jayson Bukuya and Anthony Tupou for the elimination final against the Cowboys this weekend.

The five key players missed the Sharks win over the Raiders on Sunday but are fit for the week one finals match which is the first of a double header at Allianz Stadium kicking off at 4.00pm on Saturday.

With Andrew Fifita named to play and expected to overcome a slight calf strain the Sharks will be at full strength to tackle the Cowboys in the sudden-death clash.

Coach Shane Flanagan has named a 19-man team, with Bryce Gibbs and Ben Ross making up a six-player interchange bench, with Tyrone Peachey and Tupou Sopoaga, both of who were outstanding in the win over the Raiders, the unlucky players to miss out on a spot in the squad this weekend.

I'm okay with peachy missing out. We have enough X-Factor players in carney, Lewis, gallen, fifita, Gordon etc that we just need some experienced, level headed guys around them, and I don't think peachy fits that category.

He is definitely a prospect for the future so I wish him luck next year at penrith?

i think 1-17 is pretty much the best line up we could field, of course gal will shift to prop to allow bukuya and toops room when they come on. no real surprises

The Peachey idea has its merrits, but blokes, this is an elimination, its not a game for testing a new combo

Thats gotta be our strongest team all year?! Cowboys will have to play well to beat us. Linnett V Wright in the centres should be a beauty. Can't wait!

If Gibbs and Ross don't play. You'd think Gal would slip into prop for much of the game with only having Taga and Fifita to fill the spot otherwise.

The cows look pretty scary on paper. Matt Scott is back, hopefully this is premature. I'd like to see Gibbs in there somewhere because we are going to have to tackle like men possessed against this lot with those brutal forwards coming at us, not to mention the glory boys Thurston and Bowen trying to run rings around us.

If we win this game it will hold in very good stead for the next round.
