Any other player there’d be a mob in here ready for them
I’d have said he’s our second most likely to draw a mob of criticism

What do you mean any other player? He is constantly getting followed around by forum members holding pitch forks!4 errors
2 hospital passes that lead to an error for stonestreet and one for hiroti
His 1 try assist (don’t think I didn’t notice that sneaky little attempt to pump him up) was 4 metres forward and very lucky not to be called back.
Worthy of man of the match? Absolutely not. Only people giving him that only watched the highlights
Woeful performance

You’re proving my point for meWhat do you mean any other player? He is constantly getting followed around by forum members holding pitch forks!
I never said he was man of the match. I didn’t give him any points in my 321s.4 errors

I’m not certain that I amYou’re proving my point for me
Blind Freddy could see it was forwardI never said he was man of the match. I didn’t give him any points in my 321s.
The bit I have put in bold, how do you know that? That’s a big assumption considering you’ve never seen what they’re watching.
Not sure why you have a big chip on your shoulder about this. His try assist four metres forward? You were right in line to see the pass were you? If you watch the replay, the pass definitely goes backwards out of his hands. And it wasn’t a sneaky attempt at all by me to include the try assist and I was not trying to pump him up. I was just saying apart from the errors he made he did some good things too.
I doubt it mate, he’s been dead for years…Blind Freddy could see it was forward
Close friend?
Never said you did. But you did make up stats to try and defend him.I never said he was man of the match. I didn’t give him any points in my 321s.

And I have to assume that’s what they watched because if not. They’re taking the Mickey out of the votes
Truth hurts hey?Its extremely arrogant of you to assume people are taking the mickey out of their votes just because you dont agree with them.
Pull your head in.

I completely agree the pass was forward. I called it live too, but that's footy, it was close enough he got away with it. He was involved in two oher tries too, contributing to half our points. I thought he put his body on the line to stop the potential holmes try that Ronnie grounded, and also contributed to some good early shifts out of our end.Never said you did. But you did make up stats to try and defend him.
And that pass was very forward if you take off your black, white and blue glasses.

A number of forgettable moments too which you've covered, and for that reason he didn't factor into my top 3. Wasn't his best game, but it was a long way from woeful IMO.
Generally most fans vote regarding who generated the most points/attack. Will was certainly up there for that.
I don’t make up stats mate, that’s a ridiculous thing for you to say.Never said you did. But you did make up stats to try and defend him.

Yeah wasn't his best night diffusing kicks. I normally wouldn't mind pushing that pass, but with 2 minutes or so to go when we were gassed it just wasn't on. I think it was Egan who read it well enough to force the error. He was great for them. Will was probably over involved in the bad start
And over involved in the good stuff
So can take that either way I guess.
I will say, contested kicks are never a sure thing, not like they were clean drops.
And the offload attempt and pass to SS were trying to push attack, which those critical of him say he doesn’t offer enough threat. If you want someone like Walsh or Drinky you’d see plenty of similar errors.
Yeah he belted SS as he caught it. It wasn't a bad pass, was just into contact, every chance Ronnie catches it and could even have been a chance to beat the contact. Different story with SS, can't win a contact with a headstart, so it wasn't on.Yeah wasn't his best night diffusing kicks. Egan, Stewart and the Couchman's are a great, hard working young core for them, and why they have managed to hang in games early at times, even if Dargs overall quality wasn't there.
