Katoa - equal third for tackle breaks in the NRL ahead of Dugan, Morris, Fifita ect.

yea what a hack

Xerri is going to be the much better player ofcourse (in a different position) but to suggest Katoa has been giving us nothing isn't right

And if your worried about mistakes well how bout ol mate on the left wing, how many defensive bombs and trys will he butcher tonight? he has made it an art form

Breaking a tackle and going backwards means **** all. Don’t act like he’s broken tackles going forward. He hasn’t, he gets owned in contact.

I don’t understand how Feki is safe, I’m confused. Katoa was doing well, a lot better then Feki

agree and i dont get it either, JMO is a Flanno clone when it comes to incumbency and da peking order.

I mean the player hierarchy, i'm not referring to asking for duck at the Chinese restaurant

left side whatever, Katoa is crazy enough to make it work whatever side he on. Feki has been out wide on the left foreve3r for us and still isn't convincing

people are focusing on his dancing too much

Solid. Let's put this into perspective he was against arguably the two best kicking halves in the comp and only misread one for a try. Great touches on the left side to morris

The main issue was the number oh high kicks that were allowed to bounce. Not sure whether the wind conditions were a factor.

Tough one because Cleary drops a mean bomb and everyone knows he’s one of the best, so inclined to give him some benefit of the doubt.

Is Corey Norman a fair comparison for Kennedy’s play style? Hell, they even look the same

No. Runs like Rod Silva... but best modern comparison for mine would be Lachlan Coote at his peak, but faster... or Ben Barba before he became a star (pre-2014). Former half who plays like an extra 5/8 most but makes plenty of line breaks off his speed because you are expecting the pass.

all things considered I thought he went quite well for a young first gamer thrust in at the last minute and replacing a big name player who got 'demoted' to wing and thus still played in the same game. that's some pressure right there even before kick off. Gal's post game said Duges was upset about it.

more solid than I was expecting. this was more like his trial form opposed to his apparently ho hum NSW cup form.

not a big bloke but took some tough knocks at the back without spilling the ball. wasn't the only one guilty of letting the ball bounce from bombs but luckily they worked out and didn't cost us like most games. our back 3 have lost all confidence under the high ball

glad he broke the ice and got the debut out of the way. will make his 2nd game easier from here and we will need him again

Dugan let one of Clearys bombs bounce also so let’s cut him some slack.

He played well and didn’t look out of place at all.

He threw the ball to Dugan that set up the Xerri try. If that were Dugan he wouldn’t have thrown the pass and there would be no xerri try, and thus no come back.

yep that pass was critical in getting us the win and yea duges takes the run there, not the pass agree but good on duges for being on the end of it

putting us 4 ahead at that stage was massive.

cleary's bombs are a nightmare and maloneys long kicking game was on song as well

Yeah I think we should stick with him there till Moylan is back. Less disruption to the team. Thought he did ok tonight, will be better for the experience too. Gal said post match he tears up in training

This is not an attack just at Will, but...

What the actual **** is with our team not attempting to catch balls in the air!!

We can't pretend it was only tonight. We don't even contest our own kicks in the air. It feels like it's been the case since gordon was at fullback. Drives me insane.

Thought he had a serviceable debut aside from that, definitely looked small but made it work.

What did I say !!? Good to see him get a run.

Played good, has a very good draw and pass and yes once he is more comfortable with the fitness of first grade he will be even better.. can tell he has good vision for the game.

Some bombs let bounce but there will be video on it and hopefully wont happen again
