Spoke to Kearnsy about this Story.He was playing that day,think it was a trial he said,Davidson knocked out 4 Saints players that day.

He named em to me, can only remember, he said Stevens, Brad Mckay, think the other carrot top whos name eludes me, and one other.
Bartrim and Mackay in one disagreement, then later on Stevens. Pretty sure that was the year before Stevens joined us.

I remember must have been 2008 Western Force were looking at him but thought he was a bit slow, I was in the room so chimed in with some comments - I don't recall exactly now, I think he had come to Sharks wanting to be a half but was playing either centre or wing for us and we didn't really have high hopes for him.
They didn't end up making him any offers and I forgot about him when he left us... looks like he did scrape in a couple games for other super rugby teams but has had most of his actual success in 7s
