i was on ebay searching for cronulla sharks memorabellia (there is some great stuff there by the way), when i came along a set of 2006 select cards. the site is below: (Hopefully hyperlink works otherwise type it in)

Anyway the details are below:

This is a team set from the Select Invincible series, which features the club logo and the 11 Elite NRL Players of 2006 for the team. The cards are in mint condition and come to you in a bubble post pack for protection.

hmm leading point holder for this year and my fav player ever Luke covell isnt there. and our leading try scorer Darren Albert isnt there either. yet Hilder and Scott made it HA!

that is what i'm so pissed off about, where the hell are the covell and the albert cards. not to mention bailey, it was his last season with us. they are screwed in the head if they think bailey, covell and albert aren't in the same league as "super knock-on kid" and hilder.

also kingston is a pretty good player yeah but albert and covell and bailey should be in there before him. and i love reece williams, but he did spend more time in PL league then the other 3 mentioned so he shouldnt be considered an elite this year

he only played about 10mins all season!

i reckon that select (the company that churns out these cards every season) have rocks in their heads, bloody hell they should get their act together and they have to stop this sort of stuff from happening. it is such a disgrace that even my dragons supporting mates thought select screwed up with their cards and all the teams.
