I could have heard wrong but the first match was supposedly being played on a road so it was always going to be a runs test, tests 2 & 3 see a turning wicket & a fast bowlers pitch, cannot remember which pitch or test offers which one

I’ve since found out this pitch was supposedly the pace friendly one so gods know what the pitch it’ll be like in the road that’s coming up in one of the next x 2 tests.
Without rain intervening, I think this test series will be at best, 1-0 to someone, possibly even a 0-0 drawn series

I think the big hype is more to do with it being the first Test Series on Pakistani soil in 24 years. And I think we were all excited to watch another Test series so close after the Ashes.
