Watching the NRL abroad

With this week being a bye round I figure the forum will be a little slower so I am taking the opportunity to ask for some advice.

I am headed overseas for a few months to Europe.... My first trip overseas (I know!!! Why didn't I go last year when we were ****!)

Is there anywhere you know of or went to in Europe around London where I would be able to watch the origin and also general NRL games.

Im going to have this problem next year, but I will be based in Northern England where league is a little more popular. Please say I can watch games over there or its NRL.COM replays a couple days later for me & you mate.

i was in the us earlier this year and wasnt able to catch one game wat so eva even missed state of origin! its like it dosent exist there... the thing that really blows but is the nrl wont let u access the match centre for reviews n replays n shiz unless u sign up and pay!

im sure england will be better but...

Just got back from London after 5 years there. Any Aussie pub around west London usually has the State of Origin on live. The best place is Shepards Bush walkabout thats where most Aussies head to watch the game(Ones that aren't working that is). As for watching NRL games they were on Premier Sports(Pay TV Channel) Last season, the Shepards Bush walkabout shows the games live for Friday & Saturday games and replays of the Sunday games on Sunday arvo. State of original was Live on Sky Sports, with a replay in the evening.

Shepards Bush walkabout is probably one of the coolest places in the world. Cool vibe and if you are single you'll love it esp if you ever get homesick haha. I caught a few games there in the past. mmm snakebites!

That Aussie bar in thailand does great food also.

Thanks k. Have to look where I am when origin is on hopefully im in Phuket. Sounds like it would be awesome to watch the origin.
Do you know of any bars in koh samui

Yeah that aussie bar is great. Watched some UFC there - really good. If you don't know anything about that street though you'll be in for a shock at night haha. I Haven't been to koh samui went to koh pang yang for the full moon party instead but there would be some aussie bars there surely.

Bali on the other hand had NRL signs out the front every bar.
