Gould's public comments re Graham smacks of someone trying to incite a public price war, prolly knows damn well he has little chance of getting Wade , just wants to see us pay overs for him! Potentially limiting our capacity to approach other big names like ...Jennings...
there is a very good chance you are right that is the sort of thing gus would try

I'd bet my house on him staying. In fact I know he is staying. Announcement in next 48 hours.

Obviously he's getting different mail to his Daily Telegraph trough mate, Josh Massoud....

So DT, is there a story here, or are you just talking out of your ********s as usual?

LU are knocking! :D

Are you serious?

Graham will stay, he is a must re sign and we need to do everything to keep him. He is the sort of guy who you can throw a 4-5 year contract at and know you will get your moneys worth unless injury strikes and will be our next captain!

yeah i am serious. whilst its not the best place on earth i can think of many places worse. they have an aquagolf, puttputt, hooters, cable park and a decent shopping centre.. as i said, not the best place to live but certainly not the worst... just because you may live somewhere better, dont get up others for living there, for all you know there are people on this forum who live there... that is all

Lets hope we can secure Wade. As he gets more time in the backrow he could be a big weapon for the Sharkies.

I think he'll stay. It's obvious he has huge respect for Gal and sees him as a mentor of sorts, and since Carney has come to the club they look to be forming a strong bond both on and off the field. From what I've heard he's also pretty happy that Mick Gordon is on his way here next season. He looks to be a happy kid that got picked up by the right club when his junior one didn't show much interest - I feel confident that Wade will remain a Sharkie.

Of course, this doesn't mean much at the end of the day as far as contracts and dollar signs are concerned; but just how I feel about the situation!

Well he played 80 against Melbourne. He's a genuine 80 minute back rower without a doubt now. 115metres, 40 tackles, 4 tackle busts, 3 offloads, no errors, no penalties.

Our team would be very well placed if interchanges went down.

Having an 80 minute player that could be set to be a sharkies for life already... It sets an important position for the next 10 plus years if we hold onto him. Only 16 others spots to fill :p

Boogy is 80 minutes too.

How good is that?

And Gallen will probably be close to an 80 minute prop soon enough.

Maybe De Gois + Jez + Peachey can share 160 minutes too (Peachey playing lock / hooker)

Jez can probably pull 80 when we are desperate, fifita can pull 60 quality, he could pull 80 but not a good 80. I think we will again be set for the backrow for a few more years
