Drinkwater facing the same 3-4 as Graham.
Given one bloke popped straight to feet and didn’t even need an HIA and the other has a smashed jaw that feels a but more uneven than the charge indicates

Especially when one was a tackle and one a shoulder charge.

Personally I don't think the result should change the charge, but I'm aware it often does.

There’s grades to charges, they determine grade based on how bad they feel it was. Smashed jaw seems pretty bad, worse than stand straight back up uninjured.

They are supposed to determine the charge based on the degree of contact and deemed intent. At least that was my understanding of it. The exact same tackle shouldn't get two different charges depending on outcome. (Not saying these two were the same).

As it turns out the Drinky one was charged as a shoulder charge
So a banned tackle dangerously executed with significant negative outcome vs Graham legal tackle recklessly executed no negative outcome

Feels like Drinky potentially could have got an extra week vs Graham (or same after Graham fought)
