Real danger game this. One of those games we’re expected to win and one in which we’re likely to bottle it. Can’t let these ****s run over us really have to sort out our defence. Even if we’re 20 up with ten to go we are nowhere near home. Have to keep our foot on the throttle.

Sharks by 30.

what Chaddum says...can't let this game & two points slip away

don't drop your bundle sharks. last week was, well....the penriff freeriders week.

Clifford should leave the Cowboys. He’s good enough to be playing NRL.

Nikora back in against Hess seems appropriate.

I wonder if Talakai dropping to the bench is as much about resting guys as anything else. With so many injuries to other clubs this year, Morris might be looking to rotate a larger squad to avoid that happening here.

You could be right , but an interesting post from other forum , has merit

god...if we're any chance in the finals we need to find a way to keep consistent edge defenders playing week to week, don't mind some chopping and changing due to injury and poor performance, but it's getting very very close to finals time and Ramien has had to defend next to cycling of Katoa/Mulitalo and Nikora/Talakai, with Trindall/Townsend inside.. not much you can do with injuries but our bad games come from **** defensive comms and that's largely a combination problem.

Hope whatever the plan is, Bomber lands on it and sticks with it soon

I think Talakei to the bench is more to do with the impact he was bringing at that 25 minute mark. That good streak of wins we had was when Toby, Talakei and Hunt were all coming on and ripping into tired defenders. As good as he has been, I don't think the bench spot is a demotion for Talakei but more a tactical move by the coach.

Agree mate. I love the idea of Hunt, Toby, Talakai and eventually Fifita providing big impact from the bench. Talakai can cover if we have an injury in the backs

Still would like to see Hunt get a start. He's got the game that could help with our slow starts.
With that line-up we've got plenty of bench impact to at least give him a shot.

Really ,you heard something ?
( I won't be a smartarrrs and say Chad Weidler )

No mate, I haven't. It's just that we all know Bomber can change the line up anyway he wants. He could still get cut from the squad, we won't know until one hour before kick off. Nothing surprises me anymore.

Fair call,
Bomber seems to get most calls right.
Happy to see what he serves up
You were on the money last week , thought you might have unearthed some more

I'd be quite surprised to see Briton go from dropped to named back in the starting side just to be dropped again.

Coach drops our worst player but brings back our second worst player - technically an improved team

Nikora better play well cause Talakai, Jack Wiliiams, Soro & Wilton all deserve a starting spot over him on form

Talakai might be getting a spell from the bench to freshen him up a bit, he's been playing 80 mins hard full throttle and missed a lot of tackles last week BUT why does Nikora have to replace him. I feel Nikora well be spending alot longer dropped next time round if he doesn't aim up the next few weeks.

We will prob see Moylan back in a week or 2 as well then

I'm predicting some flying missile side-tackles from Nikora, like he was doing last year.

Hope he doesn't knock himself out.

I’m definitely open to the idea of Hunt starting, and either Woods or Uele coming from the bench
