59 and only 3 misses and 1 ineffective. I should have looked at the stats before giving my 3-2-1 he would have made it. I was tossing up between him and Kennedy as it was and didn't realise he made anywhere near that many... maybe I should revise...

Amazing what putting his hand up for some help from our brilliant coach did for him!

I mean, this was the real difference. Poor Hannay is getting shut out from the playing group. Hopefully more of the squad see Toby's turnaround, and the faith Fitzy has in him, and finally open their ears and hearts to Hannay Pot.

I didn’t notice Toby as much today, & that’s a rap, too often too lately I’ve been noticing him for the wrong reasons like errors & missed tackles at crucial times.

BTW, agree, nice interview on footy show, he looks like a good guy & would be good company at a pub.

another solid prop performance, thats his spot, thats his best footy

Yeah he’s definitely gotten better the past few weeks since the switch. Less fuss more hard work. I’m really hoping Fitz sees the wisdom in putting him under Finucane’s wing next year.

I don’t know if it showed on the TV coverage but Toby was huuuuuuuuge against Haas.

Almost every time he got the ball when Toby was on he got low and took his legs out. Payne was still strong but Toby did a heck of a job blunting his impact.

Glad he wasn't HIA'd after bumping head with Azza.

Re-watched the game.
Poor Toby's slipped again.
Lots of misses .
At least he makes a lot up with his determination and passion

Chad had determination and passion, but you were still a vocal bagger of his. Why the change in tone?

That’s a good answer egg, well done.
You can see why Tatus and I asked the question though?

That's not a good answer. It's an outright contradiction.

I like this bloke so passion/effort matters.

I don't like this other bloke so passion/effort are meaningless.

More of an honest answer than a good answer

As I said 2 posts later .
Only added passion to original Toby post as I didn't want to trash Toby .
He has a LOT to offer , especially moving forward if his defencive issues get rectified .( passion a bit of a counterbalance. )
I never mentioned Townsend , Tatus did .
Yes Townsend did have passion too .
That part wasn't trashed by me ever .
At the risk of starting a YET another Chad bashing .
It's his abilities that we're ordinary and I already prefer Trindall after only 5 games as Sharks halfback .
