I’d be waiting a little longer before offering Toby an extension.
What he’s doing now, he’s done it before, he can do this for 4,5,6 weeks straight, what comes after a run like that is what tempers my enthusiasm for declaring any extension for him right now.

He's been playing well for a season and a half now, I'd be happy getting it done soon.
Yeah I found Toby's biggest issue was he was always injured during preseason so never got his full fitness.
That meant it took 6-8 weeks to get into full swing which by then he would get injured again.
Same as Uele but Toby has kicked on a lot more in the last 12 months or so

Funny how Fitz is able to do that in a position we have depth but doesn't just drop left, right and (right) centre at the the drop of a hat and just hook halves for a couple of mistakes
