He will be 31 before next season starts.

Nearly 1.5 years older then end of last season.

This will be his last contract (most likely), I wouldn’t be paying him his current money when he will absolutely no doubt be winding down due to age……

Happy to keep him at decent value salary but if he is after his current salary I would be investing in longer lasting prospects.

He has definitely been inconsistent this contract with a reduced amount of quality games

At their best I'd agree. But how many games have we seen of BHUs best this last contract? I'm not sure his body is up to it anymore.

BHU had 10 errors last season, Toby had 6. BHU doesnt save the game for us against the Dolphins and has a smaller motor.

Not a great deal but decent if he can keep fit and not fat…..

That is less missed matches then I thought.

However he did have a couple of years where he was quite ineffective (and overweight).

Last 1-2 years have been better.
