Not at all, but right center is where i would put jack if he were to play there. Him at the back causes the least amount of disruption to the team. If he can't catch a ball though tthen changes need to be made

Its disrupting to the team if the fullback continually makes errors.

We have jack who has bugger all high level experience in that position
We have val who is earmarked as the future maroons fb
We have barba who won almost every award in 2012 playing as a fullback

So we go with the guy with no experience
