Rumour going around - Storm want him and his manager is rumored to be asking for an immediate release.

If another club were to sign him I hope it's a **** one so we can tell him this season is the only chance you have to win something other than a spoon

I know a few of us have said this a lot, but we should be doing what we can to keep Tommy and put Uele/Toby on the trade table.
You would have to think these conversations have taken place. The issue is that their managers are ruthless, trying to get their pay day as soon as possible.

Not sure if you heard Ricky Stuart getting interviewed last night pre game live on Fox.

He was asked about rumours that Fogarty maybe signing elsewhere and Ricky said words to the effect of - I don't care what his manager says, I discuss these matters with Jamile direct and he knows where I stand.

It was good to hear.

The question is though if they are so mediocre or worse then why is Craig Bellamy wanting to sign them?

I know he’s not the only coach looking but other coaches already weren’t signing them off us either.

Assuming a decent chip in is needed, which may be what you’re asking for when you saying doing what we can, is it worth taking one player out of our top probably 18 players this season and reducing our cap for a couple years just to keep another player also towards the bottom of our top 18?
No, for me.

Tommy not there next season Tuks and JC get more games and I expect I hardly miss him.

Storm are desperate for a middle now that Welch has retired. I admit when re signed Uele I thought it was the best thing for us, I've done a complete u turn on him now and think we really need to try get him off the books. Yes its early days but he looked ordinary in both our trials and i don't see him ever getting back to his absolute best. If we can convince the storm to take him off our hands and use that money to keep Tommy its a huge win for us imo.
