Imo Tom's performances haven't actually dipped that much. Ptb speed/mechanics have always been an issue, and I'm sure he and the coaching staff are working hard at it. It just became more noticeable when he was forced into playing a larger role.
Focusing on positives... one thing Tom is very good at is pushing up with Nicho through midfield. He's definitely the best of the 100kg+ men at doing this. I like to call it "follow Nicho and he will make you rich".

Agree to disagree, has looked like a plodder to me the last 3-4 games. Definitely looks tired, very tired.

Haha the glue factory is a bit drastic at this stage. Still a young pup, as I said looks very tired. Hopefully another week off next week helps.
A short stay in the saddling paddock then.
Put him in the siring paddock, that will lift his morale a bit.
He definitely needs a rest. I know with our injuries it's probably brought him in a bit quicker but we seemed to bring him in nice and slow (like Tuks now) then bang - he's starting and playing big minutes.
Must take its toll. Would of helped if B1 & B2 could stay on the field
