Heartbreaker. A tight and willing game with good play from both sides. We had our chances, but sadly, it just wasn't meant to be. Only let in 2 goals for the entire tournament and one of them had to be last night.

I wanted that win so bad can't believe we lost after being on top and having the better opportunities for most of the game.

If the fact I was home at 1 on a Saturday night watching soccer wasn't bad enough, the Aussies had to lose! And lose they did, certainly weren't beaten by the Japs. For all the chances Australia had they ought to be pretty disappointed.
Whats the go with shots at goal going a good 8 foot over the goal? Did they shorten the bar for the Japs or did our lot forget the size of the target they've been aiming at most their lives?

I think our boys need a master class from the Brazilians on how to convert chances tbh.
Was absolutely gutted watching that game.
The Harry Kewell miss was a howler, I know it was his wrong foot but he should've scored from there.
