Definitely not wanting to be harsh on Will, I've said a few times I rate him for his value under the cap.

I guess my question to you, is do you believe this spine/team is good enough to win a comp? Even with the addition of AFB?

I lean towards no, so think we'll need an upgrade somewhere in the spine, but would be more than happy to be proven wrong.

This is a bit harsh, whether I agree or disagree with the rest is neither here or there but I wouldn’t say he doesn’t have “ticker”.

He suits this team if we want to be a top 8 team just not a top 2 team..

I'm saying he doesn't have it to the elite degree. The way someone like Gutho/Turbo/Teddy have to die competing on every play.

Not saying he doesn't have it at all.

History would suggest that you don’t win comps without an elite full back. Kennedy is in the mid to low tier of fullbacks.

Would you call D Edwards from '21 elite? Arguably a good role player who has improved over the last couple of years... 2 years older then Will as well, so probably not unreasonable to expect Will to show more improvement.

Otherwise I would think he’d be generally worse

Morgue looks good in highlights but I don’t know his game outside that - how long would a lowlights video be? Will Kennedy has some great highlights too, in a tougher comp. ESL guys hard to judge if not a regular watcher.

Watched a few dragons games, goes good.

Dont think we could get any top full back to be honest

Only top fullback off contract this year is Rapana. Off contract next year is Walsh, Gutherson, Tedesco, Papenhauzen, Klokstad who will all most likely re-sign with their clubs. The others are already locked up, Fidau, Brimson, Drinkwater, Edwards, Ponga.

If no elite full back, should we get some one with big game experience in the halves. Off contract this year, Foran, Townsend and Johnson. Off contract next year DCE, Reynolds, C.Walker, Sezer and Keary.

I wouldnt mind keary even though he's had history of concussion, he's been really good this season since moving to 7 and running the show with walker out
