Yes. When you can sign an origin player in area of weakness you do whatever you can to make it happen.

@Thresher, it turns out I was right a few weeks back. Although I don't give too much credence to anything Rothfield writes.

Tino will sign a 6 year contract @ the Roosters for 500K a year just because he likes the culture over there and surfing at Bondi beach is lifelong dream.

Quality runs

And are great humans of the field

It's a rumour thread on a forum, fantasy/speculation is pretty much the purpose.

I'm definitely not saying we should be shopping Jesse, nor am I complaining about our centres at all. I just think objectively Lomax is a better footy player and would have him here based on that. Given the circumstances of his form, I think it could be achieved for a decent price too.

I don't know anything about him as a person, so can't judge that, but I'm very happy to not have **** people here if that's the case.

I am not saying we should be comfortable. But constant roster overhauls and building a squad is much worse than where we currently are.

You won't win a comp with **** culture.

Trying to move a guy like Finucane who sets the training standards for everyone else to follow, has enormous respect in the game, and despite what some say is still playing well.....nah that's not how you do it.
