If Brooks is staying around I think Chad would work at Wests, Brooks is a 5/8 an average one at that but he needs an experienced half to direct them around and take all pressure off him. He doesn’t need rookies or a flashy half.

Did you get a heap of participation awards growing up mate 😉
haha the odd scratch and sniff :)

We don't keep score these days though... unless it's tennis. Then it's all about crushing your opponent and getting to top court!

Drums beating louder for Schuster going to Wests.

A halves combo of Schuster/Brooks....please make this happen just for the lolololols.

The Tigers not expecting Douehi back again? They can't think the're better with Douehi in the centres and Schuster at what, 6? Douehi's the only one looking like doing anything!

They'd probably get Schuster at a discount for a year but then be stuck with a big contract.

Douehi is out for at least 18 months. His injury requires 2 surgeries. One with a 6 month lay off, the next 12 months.
Can see why they are looking at other options. Especially with Brooke's off contract as well.

That long? Whew. Yeah, desperate times at the Tigers. You'd hope Benji doesn't jump at something in desperation (or have Sheens sign someone that'll stitch him up). The Tigers fan can't be thinking it's a great idea

Removing old graft and letting bone fully heal then acl surgery from scratch then. Pretty crazy, poor bloke

I guess being 24 it's worth it... that's a long, limpy road he's facing

24 yeah it has to be. A return at 26 plenty of NRL still possible.

Wow though… call this 2 years plus call it 3 years for other three. That’s 5 years of his life impacted by ACL… nearly 20%!
Even like 15% of his life if you call the other 3 9monthers

He lost a lot speed and agility after his last ACL, can’t see him coming back successfully.

Is he currently on a contract that covers the treatment and recovery period?

Pain killers, Netflix, and hamburgers.
