It's his boyhood dream while growing up across the ditch, " I always wanted to establish myself as a premiere half in the NRL play for my country, then whilst at the height of my powers sign for unders and play for the struggling sharks"
What Kiwi wouldn't want to follow in the footsteps of the great Eion Crossan?

Update on Jack Bird? Did that rumour have any legs?

No update but the Dragons NYC match is being televised this Sunday on Fox if you want to get a look at him and see if he's any good, then we can watch him carve up ...and stay with the Dragons haha

All I mean is I wouldn't be going out of my way for him.

He is a great player but at the end of the day he is a running 5/8.

We have Brown for that role what we need is a dominate halfback.

Basically what I mean is he isn't what we need. You would take him but you don't try and lure him with big money unless you already have your needs covered.

A halfback and a class centre would be more use to us.

Bukuya is coming home. And so is...Nielsen

Not Nielson (noooo) played 30 games with the warriors the last 2 years for 2 tries.
When I read Matai going to Warriors I was really hoping to nail a top shelf cast off NOT Nielson.

Agree with that. He's not the type of player that will steer a side around. Take DCE out of the Manly side and see how he goes. I actually see him ending his career in the backrow.

That is why I'm not interested in him at Cronulla, especially not for the coin he'd be after.

If you continue to go out and spend big money on players that you don't really need you won't get much better. Look at the money tied up in our backrow the past few years it's crazy.

Hunt/DCE/Reynolds/Sezer/Hopoate/B.Morris/D.Tupou/Croker should all be head and shoulders above Foran in regards to targets.

Wright and asysford meh, but next year if brown can't make our side in 1-5 I'll be excited cause it means we will have our strongest 1-5 in years. He would nearly have to be the best 1-5 utility type player not able to get a game
