2022 U/19s State of Origin - full replay. No. 8. He's a big snorkel
Looks good!!!

No muck around forward running prop looking for quick play of the balls all the time.

Also looks pretty good defensively.

How good is the young Storm halfback Jonah Pezet .
Storm in good shape with him on the books for the future.

I hear you, but wouldn't it just mean the clubs with deep pockets would be the only ones who even get the chance to sign players with transfer fees?

If that systems were in place 10 years ago we wouldn't have been in a GF
The "cheque book" club in 78 was Manly, we still made it to the GF against them, were the better team, only to be robbed by a referee on Manly's payroll that year.

I'm more bothered by NRL rorts / bias than salary cap issues.

If a fee of $500k went under the cap that's a $500k player a club can't get or two $250k players, whatever.

Would make it that much more difficult to fit 30 in a top squad.

It would be akin to giving the clubs who do pay a transfer fee a cap increase unless they have to shed a player

Is it too late to get Oryn Keeley instead? Was outstanding in the u19 origin

That kid is outstanding overall. Recovered from a broken neck, major depression and osteochondritis in his knee which put him out for ayear after surgery.

He's Fitzworthy but all tied up by the Knights. For now.

Just seen Kieran Foran at the shops in Robina. Had a brief chat with him. Apparently we had discussions with him and if we hadn’t re signed Moylan he would have come very close to ending up with us. Foran said he will be playing 6 also and Boyd is the front runner to partner him.

Also said that Tino hasn’t even reached half his potential. Said within 2 years he will be the best forward in the world. Verrils has made a huge impact at 9 for them also. Holbrook believes he finally has a solid spine to build his team around.

Fifita also very close to re signing, titans have made a pact that they want to stick together for the next 3-4 years and bring the titans their first premiership.

Before I put any money on them I'd like to find out whether it was a blood pact or whether they chickened out and became spit brothers.

That side will surprise a few this year imo. Next year they need to focus on singing an express centre and winger but. Backs are very thin.

We'll see, terrible culture at that joint (sorry Mal) from the outside looking in.

Mal has done absolutely ****ing nothing since arriving there. They’re wasting their money there on him.

The titans biggest signing for me is actually Brett White as their assistant coach. Got huge wraps on him as a potential head coach.

Is Khan-Periera quick? Or a bigger winger?

Probably the fastest player in the Qld Cup last year.

Without checking, I'd say he's similar size to Rapana. Tall, but not as heavy as Fergo, Young, Coates. etc.

Well that is probably that solved then. See if he can get the start or not
