He's not a Bulldog yet. Nothing is signed.

"The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs would like to confirm the club has issued a playing contract to Bronson Xerri for the 2024 and 2025 NRL Season," the statement said.

"The club is continuing to work with the NRL Integrity Unit to ensure full compliance is undertaken, before Bronson is able to return to the sport in November 2023.

The Bulldogs will make no further comment on the issue during this time."

Knows hes 1st choice backup half now that O'Sullivan has left.
1 yr deal sees him cover over origin and potentially be able to get interest from teams not fighting for a spoon

Raiders have a 3 year deal on the table for D Fifita at 900k a year. Plus they’d sign his mrs on a long term deal also.

Looks like the Raiders are going to continue down the good pack average spine route. I'd think that 900k could be spent better on a genuine 1 or 9, but I guess they are backing Savage and Starling/Woolford to do the job.

Starling is very good - every time we played them he made Brailey his b*tch, Ennis best attribute was he deliberately took on his no9 which usually meant he had a better game then them.

Brailey is young but that mindset/mentality is completely absent from his game

I hope he's turned his life around. I also hope he loses every single game against us.
Judging by the way he looks I’d say he still is on dope. At least he was until recently. I have a feeling he did not learn a thing other than maybe how to cheat the system better.

When Ennis was young that "attribute" got him penalised more than anybody. It took a lot of years before he made that a real attribute.

We definitely got him at his best.

Starling is a very good runner, but his service is just about the worst in the comp. Hence why he lost his starting spot and heaps of minutes to Wolford last year.
Starling and Savage are going to be ****ing guns within 2 years.
You may be right, but I'm not convinced yet that Savage isn't a younger dufty at this point. They are both great to watch though so hopefully they get there.

Pretty hard to go past JFH. Might be the best value for money player going around. Top 5 player in his position, almost never get injured, and is a Kiwi so doesn't miss games though the origin period. Pretty sure he's played almost every Panthers game the last 5 years except when they were resting guys.
