Yeah it's a tough one , for the $$$ cost to us i think if the right support was put in place with a clear set of boundaries also the reward could be high . Of course this starts with Fitz wanting to take on the project .
I look at some one like Lodge and what he done , other people suffered , this kid basically just screwed himself over . If we were more forgiving Lodge could be helping us towards the finals and not the Roosters .
Can't always just throw people on the rubbish heap , redemption has to start somewhere and usually by someone giving that person a chance .
Not comparable as they are very different circumstances but we suffered from Bronson's decision.
He screwed over not just himself but the club and all it's fans.

If he can demonstrate to someone at the club he deserves a second chance with us and will live up to it then different story.
Most in here basing their comments on the fact that from the very limited amount we have seen it's too likely a chance to be a fool me once, fool me twice scenario, not a redemption story.

As i said i can understand the animosity towards him , i don't get the insight into what's going on like you guys , being in NZ . He's a young guy who has made a catastrophic cockup , my point regarding Lodge is if he can find a pathway back to where he is after the physical and mental abuse he put on those people in the States then there is room for someone in this situation .
But it doesn't matter what any of us say or think , it will come down to whether Fitz and the club management want anything to do with him . I will support them in whatever decision they should make .

I wish him all the best but if he comes back to us it will just bring up the past again which we don't need.

We have an opportunity now to put all the crap in the past behind us. Let's keep moving forward

Agree with your thoughts re Fitz and Club though.

Eli Katoa from Warriors to Storm next season.

Started career well but has been quiet this year.

They now have a solid little pool of players to pick from to fill these spots - Sims, Katoa, Loiero, Chan, Moeroa, Garlick
Suggestion also Howarth could move into second row and they could also retain Chris Lewis.

Thought Eli Katoa was going to become an absolute gun for the warriors. Storm will now reap the benefits and turn him into an absolute weapon IMO. There’s a bloody good player in there somewhere if he applies himself which Melbourne will get out of him

From what i've seen Howarth 2 yrs away from anywhere nr the forwards. Great player, but Defence way off NRL atm.

That may well be fair, his name probably more of a stretch for depth before Katoa signing and confirmation Moeroa staying.

Think Moeroa and Kamikamica both were on club options for next year which are now confirmed as taken up.

You can't play tough, hard, unforgiving football anymore. The "new" rules and officiating is against the spirit of Rugby League - I'm done.
Nice knowing some of you blokes
Anyone that does that doesn't need any "other ******** incidents dumb arse
Forget Xerri, I'm just glad your self imposed suspension is over mate!

When Xerri got booked I'd hoped we would be able to sign him when his penalty was over - and I haven't changed my opinion.

Let him come through Jets and earn his spot obviously. He was a teenager that made a huge mistake, I'd rather we benefit from his skill, rather than us taking the higher ground and him being magic with another team.

In saying that, if he comes back and Fitz doesn't like his attitude and doesn't play him, or lets him go, I would be fine with that decision - but, I think he owes Sharks and should give us first crack.
Yeah you swayed me, I agree with this now.
