Been thinking about getting back into golf. Used to play quite a bit before i relocated and sold my clubs when i moved.

Looking at a
Set of Taylor Made sim max or callaway epics at the moment. Any suggestions?

And another Aussie win on the golf tour.

Min Woo Lee shot 65 and 64 in his last two rounds to get a play off and win the Scottish Open.

The Irish Open winner Lucas Herbert also did well in a tie for 7th

The British Open starts on Thursday and both players along with about 8 others from Oz will be lining up.

Cam Smith up to a tie for 3rd now in the Players championship, just two shots off the pace.

-7 with a 3 under par front nine this morning.

Only third round still due to lighting and thunderstorms over the first day or two.

It's just after 7pm there at the moment, only about 30 mins of daylight left.

They'll come back tomorrow morning, finish off the 3rd round and then play the final round.

Well Cam Smith may have crumbled a bit in the Masters but well done to Min Woo Lee who in his first Masters finished tied for 14th. Pretty good effort and can only help him do better in the future.

Started well did cam., sort of course you just can’t keep pressing all the time , because it will kick you in the nuts.

They mentioned tigers crash and recovery nearly as many times as rabbs and our beach sprinter mate from south’s.

US PGA kicks off this Thursday (Friday morning our time) in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Heaps of Aussies teeing off - Jason Day (4.25am), Adam Scott (4.03am), Cameron Smith (11pm), Min Woo Lee (3.30am), Lucas Herbert (5.15am), Mark Leishman (4.20am), Cameron Davis (10.55pm) and Matt Jones (11.28pm). Tee times are in brackets and are Sydney time.

Should be a good tournament with Tiger having another go and most of the top 50 golfers in the world on display.

If you have Kayo, coverage starts Friday morning at 4am but of course you can watch it on delay.

Obviously no one knows that Cam Smith won the Open!!!

If you get a chance to watch the replay then do it. Amazing golf to beat Rory and shot a 64 in the process!

A few Aussies teed it up last night in the Arnold Palmer Invitational, (Bay Hill).

Not a lot of success though for us - Jon Rahm leads on 7 under after the first round.

Best of the Aussies was Adam Scott on -3 with Jason Day and Cam Davis back on -1.

Aaron Baddeley is at even par, Lucas Herbert +2 and Min Woo Lee with a very disappointing +3. He really stuffed up on two holes, taking a triple bogey 7 at the 18th (He started at the 10th) and after making 4 birdies on his back nine, he then took a double bogey 6 at his 18th.

Min Woo Lee is the leading Aussie at the Players Championship with a four under 68, four shots off the lead.

Could have been better if he hadn't bogeyed 17 and 18 but still in a good spot after Round 1.

Cam Davis is at 3 under, Jason Day & Harrison Endycott at 2 under, Adam Scott at even, Aaron Baddeley +1 and Lucas Herbert with a woeful 10 over par.

Other notables struggling are Rory McIlroy (+4), Matt Fitzpatrick (+4), Shane Lowry (+5).

American Hayden Buckley scored a hole in one on the Island green 17th but crashed the rest of the round to finish at +1.

This is the first time at the Players Championship that the defending champion has not defended his title for non-injury reasons.

Final round at the Players championship tomorrow morning. Scottie Scheffler leads but Min Woo Lee is second, two strokes back and is in the final pairing. There'll be some pressure on him playing with Scheffler in such a big tournament but win or lose, he's done really well so far. Still a few other Aussies, Cam Davis and Jason Day not far behind.

Min Woo crashed out - 4 over par 76 saw him finish tied for 6th. Still a great effort overall, hopefully this gets him into the Masters.
