Hewitt and Tomic botk knocked out of the French Open in the first round. So very upsetting (insert sarcasm here).

The draw has opened up for Stosur, she play Maria the squealer next, I hope I'm wrong but the squealer will probably mentally stuff Stosur up.

Gone unfortunately, lost to the squealer.

Fed out, earliest departure from a major since 2004.

I liked Tennis when I was younger and followed it quite closely - especially loved Wimbledon - grass courts are way the best. But it got confusing when you started having all the Eastern Bloc countries and so many names that sounded similar it was hard to tell them apart. Still don't mind Wimbledon but the other tournaments, even the Aussie open, meh?

I like all the majors but I watch the Aussie Open more than the others purely because it's convenient. And it's the footy off season.

Chadley is a racist.

So if Rafa wins here he moves up to equal second on the all time list with Pistol Pete. If he can win the Australian Open again, which you would back him to do, he would become only the third player of all time to have won each slam twice. The other two are Laver and Emerson.

Never picked you as a racist, Chadley :p

Ha ha ha. No, no, no I am not racist. Can't be in my job. :p

Seriously though, those players were very robotic, very boring and it was so hard to tell who was who. And then came the grunting. I think Conners may have started it, but they perfected it.

Haha was just having a lend mate. Most professional sportsmen are robotic these days unfortunately, trot out all the old cliches and never tell or show you what they're really thinking. Very boring.
