Their first try in the second half, set the tone.

Absolutely insipid effort.

Was ordinary, but Tracey and Kennedy were no less to blame - and was no worse than Rudolf’s soft effort on the Cheese try. Don’t get me started on the garbage Nikora put out on the 2nd Pap try, or the comedy show that Trindall put on.

Talakai was part of the comedy festival in defense too. keeps getting found out and turned inside out way too easy and he is too slow to adjust in time . Hughes found a massive hole on Talakais inside shoulder which led to a try and its something we have seen too many times this season

was only there for 25 mins and missed 3 tackles and he wasnt exhausted from his 5 carries or was he? liked the big hits (most didn't come off) and I love the bloke but either needs more fitness, drop some kgs or I dunno what to do with him positionally. you just cannot trust him to defend 1 on 1 if he gets isolated

Maybe one of the players that will play entire second half in this up coming trial .
Along with the other fringe players that pretty much just played 20 minutes in the trial last weekend .
No need to push them too hard the first trial perhaps.

If you check the NRL stats for this game on the NRL site they have pretty much every player down as playing 80 mins. Don't know how that works when more than 13 players were trotted out lol. maybe they couldn't be bothered keeping track with the unlimited interchange and being a trial and all or it's a simple reporting/data error.

I hope the limited minutes are a sign Tieg Wilton doesn't need to prove he belongs in the 17 and was just to get some game time under his belt.
I think he has moved on beyond fringe player status and has a bright future with us.

The likes of Nikora and Rudolf are the ones that need a rocket and to prove their worth this season.
