fallen through - spewing - need a good mid still i feel

If they can afford him I’d be looking at Korean International Koo Ja-cheol. He just left FC Augsburg on a free transfer, he’s a bit more of an attacking minded midfielder but does play DM a lot, if O’Neill does a little bit more defensive work it’s a partnership I think can really work. He’s also captained South Korea. He’s still only 30 years old. We still haven’t assigned marquees, so we can fit either Kosta or Baumjohann under the cap and give this guy marquee wages. Also helps with out ACL campaign with the +1 rule.

In your head, rent free
time to bump this, coming down to the crucial end of the season

sydney walking the league but look vulnerable

i think we play perth again in the big dance

the 4-1 hammering of city was sweet

*Melbourne Victory.

Yeah I didn’t make a thread for this season because I thought it would literally just be you and me going back and forth. All the WanderLOL fans don’t care anymore and LittleShark ain’t around. Anyway yeah, business end now, Sydney have Perth next week, that’ll give a much clearer picture of the state of things.
I’ve also got that third derby circled. Those two losses aren’t sitting well.

I agree, Sydney vs Perth Rematch at the end of the season, this time on our turf.

Asian WC qualifiers are being postponed as well. This is going to get messy, it’ll be ridiculously hard to reschedule these with the limited FIFA dates available. They might be putting some games on non FIFA dates which makes player availability a big issue, especially for Australia.

Press conference scheduled for tomorrow morning. All clubs have agreed to suspend the season. Sydney FC to be awarded the Premiers Plate and the finals will be cancelled. The Golden Toilet Seat will not be awarded this year.

The rumour is that the A-League is looking good for an August 1 return with both the final 5 rounds and the finals series (doubles back on boys!). They’re looking at staging all the games in Sydney. Training to resume July 1.

Australia have beaten Colombia to win the rights to host the 2023 Women’s World Cup. It might not seem like it to a lot of people, but this is maaaassive.

Can’t wait to take my daughter who will be 5 by then to watch her heroes compete and possibly win an actual World Cup. The final will be in Sydney as well.
