Still very handy, but like I said earlier he's priced around that mark. Still, nothing wrong with putting him in; he's just as likely to have a few of those Manly style blow out games again this year

Having Wade next to him most of the season had a negative effect on Talakai's game..

Moylan coming in and heading back out leaving talakai to make a decision defensively doesn't help when you're a backrower defending at centre

Yeah can't blame Talakai for trying to cover Moylan's poor defence.
The Keolomatangi one early Sifa bought the dummy but if he didn’t and KK passes it’s 2 on 1. I thought Williams let us down that one as he didn’t push across to help Moylan from inside. Teig was further in field at marker.
My thought on seeing a replay of it.
Edge was very dysfunctional though, nobody on same page. Fitz and Price need to act on that hard - no excuse for that side to be so lost

This is the crux of it. Not worth calling out individuals. Edge was badly out of sync. Need to sort it out as a unit.

Can’t play until round 11. Can’t be upgraded. Top 30 is full.
Also, if better team defence is the question… Iro is not the answer.
Talakai can tackle.,........but not in space as a centre. He is good when middles run straight but can be deceived by a decent attacking player. Hoping someone else (Iro) is better.

But geez his impact in the middle made a difference. He was our best forward
