Yep we all laugh about soccer but the NRL is just as bad, just maybe not as theatrical.
I hate it.
Give it time... Commedia dell'arte will reach these shores someday.

Any positive update should see a reversal of last weeks decision - and I do get why it had to happen ..Anyone seen any updates on his injury?
What is his game style ?I'd rather Dixon, if he's in our top 30
Doesn't need to be top 30. Dev list can play from round 1.I'd rather Dixon, if he's in our top 30

It’s all very oddI read this forum after Sione's SHOCKA round 6 against the Roosters that he's this, that and the other and pretty much crap .
I thought it was pretty harsh.
So went back and looked at the first 5 rounds of this forum's 3-2-1's , he polled top 3 by at least someone every round.
The first 2 rounds by most.
Plays busted round 6 and gets virtually written off .
I think we forget he does freakish things at times , whether close to the line or in broken play and gives his best , granted he's not the fastest winger.
Short memories ?
He wouldn’t be the first player to be sent to the Jets because he is carrying an injury that he can play OK with but not up to his usual standard. It’s all very odd
Not sure you can say it is anything but a dropping to be numbered so low then play cup but externally the dropping his doesn’t add up to me.
Not sure many would argue from external view point it ‘worked’, either.
That's just our new signing.Seems a bit fishy to me.
Not saying this has anything to do with Sione but the coach has dropped the attitude word ..Seems a bit fishy to me.
That just seems ridiculous to me. Surely you’re either fit to play, or you’re not, regardless of the grade of football. He wouldn’t be the first player to be sent to the Jets because he is carrying an injury that he can play OK with but not up to his usual standard.
Yeah confusing to me too. I can't imagine many situations where the best recovery is playing more football...That just seems ridiculous to me. Surely you’re either fit to play, or you’re not, regardless of the grade of football.

The concept of “injury management” does exist though. NRL players regularly play a lesser role when managing an injury. It’s just not very practical for a winger to sit on the bench and play 20.“Just run it off!
But not in NRL in case you make it worse”
He's off the hook now after that comment. That's just our new signing.
Yeah makes sense. In hindsight he probably should have been scratched after the Warriors game.Sam said on Sharkcast flagship episode that he will be out for "some weeks" with an ankle injury. "It's not going to be a month I think, but Katoa will be out for some weeks."
