I think Bradbury is 100% going to be on a top-30 or dev deal. He was dev last year at Newcastle but T&T this year. I reckon the upgraded contract will have been the carrot to get him here.

Atkinson could go either way. Dev or T&T.

Keep Iro on his contract and upgrade him if/when you need him. No need to double his pay between now and that day.

I'd also like to see one of Caleb Uele or Brad "don't call me Duncan" Fearnley on the dev list. We've had some success with late blooming props.

Bradbury was t&t? Is that normal for a player they rate? Or is it just the fans making noise...or a media beat up?

Chances are he had a Flegg contract for multiple years with NRL pre-season T&T included. They would need to opt-in every year for him to be on the dev list. Probably a similar situation to Finau at the Sharks.

I reckon the Sharks might have given him a similar deal to Puru and Iro. Dev this year and into the top 30 next year on minimum.

Interesting. Didn't know anything about these sorts of deals really. Cheers mate

Taukamo a recent ‘graduate’ of a similar deal into top 30
He was different. His deal had him into the NRL top 30 once he was 18. Again, more about what they need to do to keep a guy than it is about where he sits in development.

Sometimes a guy will sign a multi-year deal as a Flegg player and then get added to the dev list later. Say he signs a 3 year deal, and the team adds him to the dev list in year 2. In year 3 he is a Flegg/T&T player again unless the team offers him another dev contract.

Tyler Slade at the Warriors is one example. 4 year deal. Dev in year 2. Ended up being released in year 3 because they didn't offer him dev again and he wanted to see what was out there. Still had a Flegg contract though.

NRL.com has Atkinson and Bradbury both in the top 30.

Iro is still dev list.

Could be correct but not sure Atkinson jumps straight into top 30

Atkinson already included Backs as a half-back on Sharks Team page ( no photo yet ) on Sharks website but Bradbury not shown as yet.
Bradbury is there but he is listed under coaches

Thanks for spotting , very talented at such a young age if he is already coaching the NRL team. They probably could have used his coaching talents at the Knights .

The real reason AOB was gunning for the trade becomes clear!

Dose anyone know what happened to Salesi ataata
One more year of Flegg. He is born in 2002.

He was shown in quite a few training photos in November/December.

This one was from Nov 13.
