Hurt his shoulder in the last SG Ball game of 2021 and didn't play after that. He almost played every game in 2022 for Flegg I believe, except the week he played for the Jets. He lead the Flegg point scoring by a fair margin (Puru played up in NSW Cup a bit more so missed a fair few games).

Funny but true. He’s a 2nd rower. A really good one apparently.

Thinking about it, maybe the choice they made was Riolo over Rivett.

I did like the idea (for no real reason) of him coming through and having him at 1.9m and Hynes at 1.88 playing in the halves.

I've also watched the highlights of the new boy Puru. He looks good in those also. As part of a better team but hopefully it's him making them look good more than them making him look good!

Always the dilemma with signing guys from good teams. That said he looks no worse than Rivett at this point. I like his build. short and stocky often works for a 7.

Wasn’t that Rodwell, or was it both of them? I always remember Rodwell as being a gun player who could never stay healthy.
