Since we are starting to look to 2023, I’ll update post #1 in the next week or so to reflect the 2023 roster.

Interesting too that Dykes was named in the #7 for the Jets this week ahead of Davies. Maybe the Sharks haven’t given up hope and are dangling a carrot. It would have been very easy to just hand Davies the 7 and send Kade back to Flegg if he is moving on.

Yeah, 18th man last week likely a carrot too

Interesting of him, Metcalf and Miller he is the 7
Halves could be a door into FG if he backs himself to be better than Trindall within next couple years

It just makes sense that Newtown would have a Dyke playing in the halves

Could do although if Miller stays 18th man Jets play Sunday so he may still plays Jets.
Yeah. That was why I raised it. If the game times were reversed you would think 3-4 Sharks players are held out. With Jets playing after they could down send everyone from #18 up.

If it was either no Moylan next year with no obvious replacement, certainly not at his ability vs having him a year longer then it's a no brainer.

Gives us time to find a long term replacement and keeps our spine consistent for another year which is important

Importantly him and Nicho work well together too. Nicho still adjusting to be a marquee 7 and will have a lot of development in this area in first 2-3 seasons at it. Ensuring a good fit with halves partner is very valuable.

Big issue if we bring someone in and they don’t click and them taking a few kicks off him won’t make up for it

Moylan should have to pay to play, the guy owes this club thousands of dollars in wasted money over the years. Cannot believe I’m reading that we’re actually keeping him even longer.
Coach Fitzgibbon hang your head in shame!!
