We missed wades leadership and calm more than his ability when he went off

Just going to throw it out there; have equal levels of anxiety when Jack Williams has the ball as when Ben Pomeroy did.

Biggest positive tonight was Brailey. Took up some of the slack from the halves and troubled Melbourne all night. We got a good one on our hands here, can we actually keep this one please?

Another week another should have could have but didn’t..

This will be the story of our season, can't see any other scenario when we have potatoes for halves.

We just don't have the polish to capitalize on our forwards.

FMD Shaun Johnson just put in the worst performance of any NRL player in the last two seasons and we get half a dozen posts calling for Chad to be dropped

Because at least SJ has some kind of attacking option in mind, he's willing to look at options

Chad has this innate inability to pick the worst possible option available to him, he is easily the most predictable half in the comp. Jeff Robson clone

I agree with both of these comments.

Another frustrating close loss that we should have won. Our halves were hopeless tonight, our try didn't even come from either. The last 15 after we scored we just absolutely fell to pieces & didn't look interested. Gave away to many penalties at the end aswell hardly anytime up their end.

Chad was fine. He did his job but they clearly had a plan to go the other way. It was an obvious tactic to attack down SJ’s side. Is Chad responsible for SJ’s **** ups too?

Some positives ...

- Brailey was outstanding
- Woods first half stint was 10/10
- Billy completely changed the shape of the team when he came on. Such a shame about that late drop. It ruined a great stint for him.
Chad has some massive brain snaps. Johnson played with speed and still made them guessing.

Shaun looked lost without nikora there. Tbf, he actually wants to run with purpose and does, there was none of that outside SJ tonight

Mate, I can't find a single excuse for SJ tonight. Looked frightened out there. And you can't blame the outside men if they don't actually get to receive a ball... If only his kicks found the grass as often as his passes.

Williams makes me pretty nervous, very good at dropping the ball. I wouldn't be afraid to give him a break for a while, give Mags or Rudolph a run at lock.

Townsend is a passenger who just needs to be dropped.
Williams, go back to Newtown and let Mags and Sorensen share the 13.
Fifita showed heart but he is running out of gas.
Johnson, let his contract run out.
Need to start looking at Tracy and Trindall for our future halves.
I don't want to see Kennedy get pushed out, but needs to build on his passing game, our halves are very predictable, we need our full back to get involved and create more opportunities.

Start them both and drop fifita to the bench. Fifita coming on for woods at that 30 minute mark would of been top notch

I don't remember there being an issue with Chad's passes to SJ. Right now I can think of four issues pretty much immediately after.

yes! when I saw that sight I thought ...crrrraaaap! sure enough it went to crap on the field.
im sure we can notch a win soon and might turn it around.

Wade was a big loss, he was playing well. Fingers crossed he’s back to 100% by next week

Chad has some massive brain snaps. Johnson played with speed and still made them guessing.

Being **** fast isn’t better than being **** at any other speed.
Both of the halves were crap

I have none either. He's a one trick pony atm
