Yep, agree. Why?

FMD, with no U20's next season, one would have thought that we would want more control over our reserve grade. That way we can play players in position to structures and game style they would play in the NRL side when called upon.

I've never been a fan of not having our own NSW Cup side.

They probably talk.

Yes, but we don't have total control.
Players will be played out of position and structures or game strategies won't necessarily be the same.

Anyway, bitching about it on here isn't going to change it.

Good luck to the Jets next season.

So will there bew any game before first grade at Shark Park .
Or do we just rock up 20 minutes before kickoff without any footy action or atmosphere ?

Its probably a business decision not a football decision.

Do u think thats how it is? Reserve grade teams dont mimic first grade structures and plays. They work to the teams strengths.

There might be some women's games before or something. With the massive break between games I find it pretty impractical to watch both games anyway.

If it's not. It should be.

Supporters and the general community (with exception of loyal club fans) soon forget "Reserve grade premierships" (apologies to our the 1994, 1996, 2013 reserves) but that's the truth.

Our reserve grade should be a reflection of the NRL side so they are ready to play when they are called upon.
NRL premierships is what we are after and all efforts (NRL and NSW cup) need to work towards NRL premierships.
That's my 2 cents worth anyway.

Cool , as long as there is something .
I remember as a grommie getting to games really early to watch 3 games , even the reserve grade before the main match was great to watch in those days .
