Great shot, good to see the young'ns with a smile from ear to ear.
That's is what builds community spirit and support.

Nice work fitz.

If anyone can get a better copy of the photo (maybe the original digital copy) that'd be great. Looks like a good pic.

My only issue in this pic is that they're showing 2 clubbies from Cronulla, 2 from North Cronulla, 2 from Wanda and only 1 from the mighty Elouera!

The ORIGINAL Sharks.

pffft!

But the Elouera boat got in the back left.

What a great photo. Everything about the Sharks. Players, fans, Cronulla beach, no pretense, very casual.

Love it.

Now all they need to do is throw open the gates for the Manly trial game. I here they are going to charge $15. What a good way to get people back to the game by offering the trial game for free. Given that our best team may not be on the park I think it would be a good idea.

the sharks cant afford to host an NYC/NRL game for free, it would be like taking a sledge hammer to your legs

Great photo and a great idea...but someone forgot to tell the guys either side of Morris (one of them is Wright, can't make out the other one) that it was a "no gang signs photo"!

I wonder how the Club sponsors feel about this pic? Not really giving any signage for your company that you've paid quite a bit of cash for the team to advertise on shorts and jerseys! Sorry but I'm not a fan of this shot at all as an OFFICIAL TEAM portrait...there's a lot to be said for the traditional shot of the squad in their run on gear at the home ground looking professional and ready to go for the season. In 20 years time, will these blokes want to show their grand kids this "official" shot of the mighty 2010 season? Does this go up in the boardroom along with all of the other teams we have fielded over the past four decades?

jesus, its a picture of the boys with people from the local community and various blow ins..you know, to re-engage the community..the "official" photo, which i highly doubt is that one, would have all the sponsors under the names at the bottom like last years

I love the idea. May not be the best use of the player's time, but I'd like to see it extended to other suburbs, e.g. get a photo on the Woronora Bridge, at Seymour Shaw at Miranda, Helensburgh Oval etc.

Then distribute each suburb's poster to the local businesses and re-engage the broader Shire.
