I didn't realise I'd left the R on Martin instead of tallis until it was too late and then copped kpp's hia last night to boot

I have this horrible superstition of not picking players who are against the Sharks that weekend, or as little as possible.

For that reason, I have subbed Chester out for Talakai - I had Talakai in my squad but not chosen as a reserve.
When doing the substitution I've not made Chester a reserve, as I have four pretty good ones already. Cheese, McLean, Tupou and Kennedy.
 
Cheese injury abit of a kick to the dick but still Duncan went huge as my last r instead of Grant so I'll take it.

With 430k in the bank this week have to decide if I trade mooney and martin to the likes of twal and Ford at frf or use it all to go leo to sasagi

Could rip the 4th boost to get sasagi and twal by bringing in Lisati for martin but hesitant to use another

Yeah the cheese injury stinks. Stunts his cash growth. Ideally just precautionary and back to regular programming though.

Lisati named to start or no, and Sasagi back in side, definitely two key watches for me.

No bank to speak of and been burning trades (4 boosts goooone). Martin down to Lisati might have to be it, all else going well.

Took a gamble on Koula last round and lost unfortunately

Same here on Koula. But I think I’ll use up another boost this week.

I’m looking at trading out Martin, Mooney and Turbo to bring in Willison, RCouch (bye this week but saves cash) and Teddy

I've gone Willison too for the cash grab. He should still get big minutes till Haas is back. Hoping to then jump from him to May/Twal/Ford rather than spending the 300k now.

Yeha I get the concerns with Willison but he’s playing very well so I think with Haas out for a while he will keep playing big minutes. They’ve also lost Piakura for a while so might mean more minutes up for grabs there?

How’s SC work during the main bye rounds - do we still have H2H

Depends on league settings. Looks like the SF one is set to skip major byes for H2H match ups

For overall and any other leagues that don’t skip byes it will be top 13 scoring (selected) players only.

Yes mate - Bort is correct - no H2H during the major bye rounds - think its rounds 12/15/18 ..
 
Trades this week are looking like martin>Lisati, leo>Isaako

Could use my 4th boost to go mooney>twal but not sure i want to burn it. Should hopefully still be able to afford that trade next week
 
Got impatient with Munster and finally traded him out for Purdue.

And in a controversial move I traded out Hunt after his disastrous game last week for Dufty. 😳

$177K in the bank.
 
Taking Uto in time for storm to fall apart instead of Ford who just kept doing it (especially with Barnett constantly injured) continues to hurt me badly

My starting frf is still hau and mooney

If someone had told me before the season started that Jackson Ford was going to be the best forward in the game I would have had them committed

He won't be. He's just waiting for me to afford him so he can slip back to normal programming.
