JonnyBoy do you think they will progress to the twenties first because they were the only 3 in SG Ball a year young?? And yes Jason grey has injured himself..

daaaa! I think gray would have to be in the centres with garret unless garrett plays in the backrow.

Ben could start up front like he did in the semi? Which would leave a lock spot for taylor. No idea how the team will shape though, I didn't see the mattys cup lineups from last season.

Sharks lost 30-22 I think it was. Though it was probably 7 tries to St Helens, they couldn't throw a conversion over.

Good quality game (some big players in both sides) and a decent crowd, even if a little sad to see the play so structured so young.

Sounds like a pretty good effort from our guys. The St Helen's team was **** hot (apparently).

Was a fairly good effort from the boys, St Helens is undefeated beat central coast easily, west tigers easily, close games against sharks and panthers. Panthers are always strong in SG Ball so sharks seem similar should be a good year. I think sharks and panthers would beat them given a second chance because both teams wernt match fit with no recent games and St Helens has played alot recently. Thoughts on the game and players?

St. Helens had their 1st clean sweep of aussie this year, this was the 1st time they have beaten us (pommie bastards - lol)

the young Sharkies had their chances many times in the game and simpily blew it

St. Helens beat the Panthers the following week, but the Panthers didnt play any of their junior reps, take wat u want from that

Check out some of the Action

Who were the standouts for us our_footy? Any we should keep an eye on next year?

Also, is Reece Davidson back playing? It would be great to have another family connection coming through and I know he was rated pretty highly.

Sam rauicava and taylor garrett are the ones to look out for.

Garrett is the one 3 in from the our right, he is a 5/8 and I can't see sam.

Sharks beat Undefeated Panthers on the weekend 46-30, cemented a finals spot with the win sitting on 11 points after 7 rounds 2 rounds to go.
Who is likely to progress to NYC from SG BAll?

Not really sure, alot has changed since I played in the age group. Like I have mentioned garret will make it but other than that anyone can get a shot depending on which positions need filling. I think this SG team has a good spread of talent rather than a few star players.

Great effort by the boys to beat the panthers who are always the strongest in the younger grades. It will be funny if these boys go better than the last 2 SG teams considering they have always been the stronger age groups.

No idea, he came over from the south sydney comp I think, in the u/14's and was really highly rated and then never really progressed as a star past mattys cup. I can't remember but I think he might be playing in the local leagues...
