Well said. Too many people get bogged down in the wording.

Our ground is ****. We know it, other fans know it, the NRL knows it.

Some people just can’t get their head around that it’s in everyone’s interests that the ground isnt ****.

PVL wouldn’t be doing his job if he wasn’t looking at all options. What we get out of it - who knows - but it’s extremely positive that he was there yesterday.
 
In this case, sharks and PVL would be looking at:
Economic Responsibility: Backing financial decisions with a commitment to do good, ensuring sustainable, long-term growth rather than prioritizing profit alone. [1, 2]

He did go on to say that returns didn’t necessarily have to be monetary. Sounded very interested in creating a better experience for fans, making going to the football a solid option among many other entertainment options available. I guess more people going to the footy would be in some way a return for the NRL.

Looking at the deck yesterday, I can't see it being "construction finished by Grand Final day".
 
I'm prepared for next year at this rate. But plenty of other slower projects around. Look at the Flour bakery opening in Cronulla, that must be going on for about 4 months just for one shop.

Club has said October haven’t they and looking at what’s left it should be done well before December. Maybe it’s the Italian pizza ovens delaying things

Doesn't change anything for us, except will hopefully revitalise the shopping centre.

Current owners have been terrible at managing it. I think they changed centre management recently but half if not more of the shops are closed.
