It's FB, so take it with a grain of salt, but I read MG is injured. Didn't say what.

All quiet on the Woolooware front. Still in line for a Rd 27 opening?
I doubt it. Last update mentioned a "Spring opening".

The deck seems to have made little obvious progress lately. I guess it just shows the devil is in the detail.

I suspect the constant rain has put a dampener on everything external.

Dino said on ET Stand it won’t be before October but will be before Christmas
Thats ok. I was worried if they rushed for last round it would have been a bit of a hurried mess.

Get it right for a perfect season launch next year.

The fact it got a couple of minutes air time on prime news is great.
For sure. I was more interested in the part about the NRL purchasing Shark Park and PVL’s comments around investing in their clubs and looking at what returns that may produce across a range of areas.

What we think that would look like if the NRL purchased Shark Park or somehow invested in it?

Hard to say really. Can't see the return the NRL would get on spending huge coin upgrading

Then again, PVL would probably have more chance getting government funding.

I could see nrl helping us get $ for COE, but other clubs would jump up and down; however, they have their COE be it public monies and would know they had nrl support and permission to get that over the line with governments. Whilst the ours would be more of an investment or loan at a far cheaper rate

Though should NRL buy into the club, that would give them opportunity for them to move us also, should they look at expanding or merging teams again, so the 20 team comp not bring a good financing win fall for clubs

Though should we incorporate some improvements to stadium with upgrade ie woman’s change room and or upgraded corporate and seating facilities (extension of ET)

But I could see the investment in the club would assist in development in junior competitions, where we be the second biggest one within Sydney basin.
